How to Assemble a CV Joint

Here's a quick tech tip on how to assemble or reassemble a CV Joint. This is an Rzeppa style constant velocity joint with balls and a cage. This is the same style of CV joint used in IRS Beetles, Bus, and VW-based IRS dune buggy, sand rail, and trike.

The most important piece is clocking the inner CV cage opposite of the CV housing. The 'small' parts of the inner cage need to match with the 'large' parts of the housing, and vise-versa. See our screenshot below for an example.
