February 21 - Love Bug Rally - Austin, TX

March 15 - Michigan Buggy Builders - Mason, MI
Michigan Buggy Builders is an off-road swap meet founded in 1981. Hosted at Ingham County Fairgrounds in Mason, Michigan. For all things off-road, buggy, sand rail, pre-runners, rock crawlers and more.
April 11-12 - Bug-A-Paluza - East Ridge, TN

Bug-A-Paluza is held in Southeastern TN at Camp Jordan in East Ridge, TN. Gathering hundreds of air-cooled VW enthusiasts for a car show and swap meet benefiting Ronald McDonald charity of Chattanooga.

VWs in the Valley is a show for all VW fans including aircooled and watercooled. This once per year show brings enthusiasts together at Maggie Valley Festival Grounds in Maggie Valley, NC. Car show, swap meet, trophies, and camping all weekend.
April 24-25 - VW Drag Night - Neeses, SC
VW Drag Night is a 2-day race, car show, swap meet, and late night hangout at South Carolina Motorplex in Neeses, South Carolina. Friday night racing late into the night, and return to the track Saturday for the main event. Racing classes include Aircooled Streetcar Association, Super Pro, Pro, and ladies-only Draggin' Booties on track all day and night.
April 30-May 8 - NORRA Mexican 1000 - Ensenada to San Jose, Mexico

Known as the "Happiest Race On Earth", the NORRA Mexican 1000 is a race and non-racing event, traveling from Ensenada to San Jose, Mexico over the course of 6 days. Visit the popular destinations and participate in racing, or just running the gamut and following the racing icons along the Baja peninsula. Classes include bikes, quads, UTVs, and 4-wheel classes, and the Safari Baja Expedition for those who want to participate without competing.
May 2-3 - Circle Yer Wagens - Sevierville, TN

Circle Yer Wagens is a twice-yearly car show, swap meet, and camp out held at Sevier County Fairgrounds, right in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. Breakfast and on-site concessions available all weekend.
May 16-17 - IOK Spring Fling Race - Cleves, OH

IOK Spring Fling Race is part of the Outlaw Sand Drag Series. Lots of sand drag and off road vehicles tearing down IOK 4 Wheeler's sand drag strip in Cleves, Ohio. Tickets are cheap and plenty of racing for this 2 day event.

Cincinnati Volkswagen Club presents the first annual MAIFEST a spring car show, swap meet, and campout open to all Volkswagen, Porsche, and Audi vehicles and enthusiasts hosted at Germania Park in Cincinnati. MAIFEST starts Saturday from 3pm-6pm with an open house at Metalkraft Coachwerkes, then a family style campout at Germania Park from 7pm-6am before the Sunday main event from 7am-3pm.

August 8 - Central Ohio Volksfest - Columbus, OH
Central Ohio Volksfest is a car show hosted by Central Ohio Vintage Volkswagen Club at the Ohio History Center in Columbus, Ohio. One of the largest car shows in central Ohio, this show has brought plenty of air cooled and water cooled VW enthusiasts together for over 30 years.
August 15 - VW Drag Fest - Maynard, TN
VW Drag Fest is bringing VW drag racing, car show, swap meet, and camping to Knoxville Dragway in Maynardville, Tennessee. This Volkswagen only event features aircooled and watercooled bracket racing classes, and camping available from August 14-15th.

Old Fort VW Club's 24th annual Show & Swap is an aircooled and watercooled VW show hosted at Shoaff Park in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Car show and swap meet from 9am - 4pm. Show car $10, Swap Space $15, with food, vendors, goodie bags, awards, t-shirts and dash plaques.
August 22 - Old School Buggy Meet - Silver Lake, MI
Old School Buggy Meet is hosted by the Michigan Sport Buggy Association at Silver Lake Sand Dunes in Mears, Michigan. This meetup is open to all old school buggies. Stay nearby or camp at Silver Lake for a weekend of old school buggy riding, sand, stories. Time to get that buggy back out!
August 26-31 - Gravelrama - Cleves, OH
Gravelrama is an all-encompassing off road event with Sand Drags, Off Road Racing, Obstacle Courses, the infamous Gravelrama uphill drag race, and youth races. Camping, Campers, and Concessions all available on site for this multi-day off road event.

Larry's Off Road Center is hosting BugJam from 9am - 3pm at their warehouse in Dayton Ohio. BugJam is a block party celebrating the VW hobby and is completely free to show, swap, and hang out.

Texas vs The World VW Shootout is an all hands throw down in Texas at Xtreme Raceway Park. Drag Racing classes include Outlaw VW, Extreme VW, Pro Stock, Pro Bracket, Street Bracket, and Lady Bugs Bracket. With over $30,000 in racing prize money, a car show and swap meet this event is one of the destination races of the year.

SEMA Show is held at the Las Vegas Convention Center every November. The automotive industry showcases the latest trends, tech, and looks. Check out the classic roots and modern performance of automotive culture.

GermanAire Drag Day and Social is a Friday and Saturday night event hosted at South Carolina Motorplex in Neeses, South Carolina. Gate fee is $20 with onsite camping available for both Friday and Saturday nights. Racing starts at 5pm Friday, and 10am Saturday with late night activities, free swap meet, after party.
December 10-12 - PRI Show - Indianapolis, IN
