Shipping policy

Shipments within the Contiguous United States 

Orders $35 and over, shipping to addresses in the United States, qualify for our Free Shipping option. Some exceptions apply. Click HERE for our Free Shipping Terms and Conditions.

We understand everyone wants their items as quickly as possible and do our best to make that happen! Most orders ship quickly and will be at your doorstep fast. Some orders do require extra time and we work diligently to keep handling times to a minimum.

Most products on our site have live inventory. The Stock Remaining shown on each product page is normally the on hand inventory at our warehouse, unless otherwise noted with external or supplier-stored products and services. We strive to maintain a 99% accurate inventory count with this nearly real-time feature.

In-Stock items located at our Hamilton Ohio warehouse usually require less than 1 business day for handling time. 98% of our orders are packaged and shipped within 24 hours or the next business day. We do our best to have items shipped out and arrive to you as quickly as possible. We make every attempt to get expedited shipping orders shipped out same day, as long as they processed with enough handling time prior to our daily shipping carrier pickups.

Shipping confirmation is Emailed or sent via SMS depending on the contact method provided for your order. Tracking confirmation typically arrives within an hour of shipping (check your spam folder!).

 

Order Changes or Cancellation

Shipping changes, address updates, package intercepts, pick-up requests, or changes to an order once placed is not always possible as orders are placed into our automated fulfillment channel. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact our customer service team HERE immediately. We will attempt to help with changes and cancellations when possible. Changes or intercepts to an already shipped order may incur a charge per package. DuneBuggyWarehouse has the right to deny a change request at any time.

 

Shipping Methods

Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not counted as business days. In some cases orders may be delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays - this is at the carrier's discretion.

Our typical order cut off time for same-day or expedited shipping is 12pm Monday through Thursday. If you have a specific delivery ETA question, shoot us a message HERE.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping, Economy, and Free Shipping are quoted at 1-8 business days, and are usually delivered in 1-5 business days. Shipping options may include USPS, UPS, or Fedex. 

Second Day

Second Day shipments are expected to arrive at the end of the 2nd business day after an order has shipped. For orders shipped on Monday, they are expected to arrive Wednesday. If a Second Day order ships Thursday, it's expected to arrive Monday the next week (two business days).

Next Day 

Next Day shipments are expected to arrive at the end of the next business day after an order has shipped. An order shipping Monday is expected to arrive Tuesday. If a Next Day order ships Friday, it's expected to arrive Monday the following week (one business day).

Saturday Deliveries

Saturday deliveries are not available. Saturday guaranteed deliveries can be extremely expensive and must be requested and quoted on a case-by-case basis. Contact our customer service team if you require a Saturday delivery.

 

PO Boxes, APO boxes, and Non-Contiguous Territories

PO Boxes may require additional handling time to ensure the address is deliverable by our carriers. Oversized items may be restricted. Best practice is to provide both a PO Box and physical address for orders when applicable.

APO Boxes typically qualify for free shipping on most items. APO Military addresses may require additional handling or shipping transit time. Some products are not able to be shipped to APO Boxes or may not qualify for free shipping.

Non-Contiguous Territories include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and other US territories. These locations often require shipping by USPS and may require additional handling or shipping time. Some products are not able to be shipped to Non-Contiguous territories or may not qualify for free shipping.

 

Deliveries

Most deliveries are left in your mailbox or at your delivery address without requiring signature. Carrier tracking confirmation is used on almost all deliveries. In some situations we or a drop-ship vendor may request or require a signature confirmation. If you require one way or the other, contact us before placing your order.

Damaged/Missing Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or is missing, contact our customer service team HERE immediately. Damage claims and missing investigations are handled by the shipping carrier but we will assist with these claims and investigations to the best of our ability.

Backorders

DuneBuggyWarehouse.com does not backorder items unless specifically requested by the customer. If an item is found to be out of stock or unavailable with no reasonable ETA, we contact you and typically refund the order immediately. If you want to commit to waiting for a backorder, contact our customer service team. Pre-Orders are a special circumstance and will be clearly marked.
