Terms of service

  • Returns must be in brand new, uninstalled condition.
  • Returns are accepted with a returned merchandise authorization (RMA).
  • All returns may be subject to a 20 percent restocking fee or refund less our cost in shipping.
  • For normal returns the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • We are happy to work out item exchanges with buyers.
  • Restocking fees are usually waived for exchanges or refunds issued in store credit.
  • All returned items must be sent back in new re-sellable condition to be issued credit back for the items.
  • If the item has been assembled or installed it may not be returnable.

Warranties

  • Item warranties are handled on a case by case basis per manufacture specifications.
  • Not all items are covered under manufacturer warranties.
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or application will not be covered under warrantee.
  • Some warrantee claims will require manufacturer approval or evaluation prior to any issuing of credit.
  • Application photos and information related to a warranty claim can help expedite the warranty process.

Payment

  • PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and AMEX accepted.
  • Some pay-over-time or deferred payment options may be available to buyers depending on account status. These are 3rd-party payment options not associated with us.
  • Ohio residents will be charged state sales tax for each order.
  • Out of state orders may or may not be subject to sales tax.
  • Cash sales accepted for in store customers only.
  • Check and Money Orders are not accepted.
  • Bank Transfers only accepted on case by case basis.

  • Orders can be placed on our website, phone, and in-person.

Price Matching

  • Item price matching will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
  • Those inquiring about price matching must have printed or published proof of current pricing on the identical item by an established business.
  • Free shipping or additional shipping costs will also be considered in price matching.
