EMPI H-BEAM CONNECTING ROD SET, 5.400"CHVY(4). Heavy duty H-Beam rods for performance street and off road engines. These rods are weight matched and built with extra clearance for stroker engines. Some clearancing may still be required in large strokers. These rods also feature high strength ARP 2000 rod bolts.

Empi 00-8320-0 H-Beam 5.4 inch long connecting rod set are designed for VW Type 1 performance applications requiring lighter weight and higher strength than OE. This forged 4340 chromoly construction H-beam design holds up well to higher compression, higher RPM, and stroker applications.
Features radiused rod cap for additional stroker clearanced and includes ARP 5/16 inch rod bolts rated for 220,000 psi.
Sold as a set of 4 rods.

Fits Chevy crankshaft - 2.00in or 51mm journals
5/16 inch hardware - torque to 26 ft-lbs
