Our TDI Starter adapter is a CNC machined billet aluminum adapter that includes all necessary mounting hardware and instructions. This kit includes a 96-06 Jetta Manual trans TDI starter and fits onto VW 6-rib 091 or 094 style transaxle bellhousing for dune buggies with hi compression or more powerful engines.

This will only fit offset starter bellhousings. Will fit Syncro and Vanagon 4-speed manual transaxles/bellhousings - does not fit diesel bellhousing.

This fits a 3-1/4 inch bell housing flange to starter flange distance. Measure if you are not sure.
