This steering wheel adapters allows installation of a 3-bolt steering wheel onto a 1960-74 Beetle, 1960-74 Karmann Ghia, 1961-71 Type 3, and 1962-73 Bus, and 1973-74 Thing.

Tech Tip: 1974 is a split year on steering shafts for all models - you will need to measure your steering shaft to verify.

This adapter fits a 0.795in ID and 0.835in OD 40-spline shaft used in 1960 to mid-1974 Beetle. Spline diameter is 21mm and mounting nut is 27mm.

Allows installation of many aftermarket 3-bolt steering wheels. Includes chome horn button and several sticker logo options.
