Mahle Motorsports VW Type 1 forged 92mm flat top racing pistons combined with AA 9200T1KL 92mm/94mm thick wall cylinders for big horsepower potential on a budget!
**Note: This thick wall cylinder kit requires your engine case cut to fit 92mm and cylinder heads to be cut to fit 94mm pistons and cylinders.
This kit combines our DBW-Exclusive Mahle Motorsports 9200-HD-USA custom made 92mm flat top stroker pistons with AA's 92mm thick wall cylinder liners. These 35mm compression height pistons use 1.0x1.0x2.0 piston rings, 22mm wrist pins, and weigh 432g, 565g total weight.
Pistons are coated with phosphate and Grafal skirt coated with nitrited stainless top ring.
This 92mm+9200T1KL kit is a great choice for a high performance Power-Adder Turbo, Nitrous, or Naturally Aspirated street/strip or off-road engine. Ring gaps are not set so you can set up for your application.
