Late stock style gas tank for 1968-74 Beetle, 1968-74 Karmann Ghia, and 1973-74 Thing. This is the finest quality replacement tank we have seen on the market with smooth seam crimps, nicely sealed welds, and crisp edges. Fuel tank holds approximately 9.5 gallons and fits in the stock front trunk area on Beetle, Karmann Ghia, and many fiberglass style dune buggies or kit cars if they have a passenger side gas door.
Compatible with factory/OE style fuel sender, outlet pipe, filter, fuel filler neck and mounting hardware (available separately).
This fuel tank can also be used on later 1975-later Standard Beetle if they are converted to carburetors.
