Late VW Heavy Duty Urethane shift coupler. This shift coupler is a factory replacement for many VWs and dune buggies up until 1979. This shift coupler will fit VW Bugs from 1965-1979, VW Bus from 1968 - 1979, VW Ghia from 1965 - 1974, VW Super Beetle from 1971 - 1979, VW Type III from 1964 - 1973 and VW Thing from 1973- 1974. It is also compatible with dune buggies, woods buggies and rail buggies that use late style shift couplers. Factory interchange part number: 311-798-211. This heavy duty unit is made from thicker steel than the standard 16-5103 for more durability.
