EMPI lightened 934 CV joint. These CV joints are meant for high performance and competition use. The exterior CV housing has been machined to remove material for lightness and improved cooling. Internally these CV joints feature chromoly cages, hardened races and 1.000 inch CV balls. These CV joints are 128 mm in diameter and require a large diameter 33 spline axle. These CV joints are machined for a loose fit between the CV balls and races to promote maximum suspension articulation.
