Empi 00-8312-0 H-Beam 5.6 inch long connecting rod set are designed for VW Type 1 performance applications requiring lighter weight and higher strength than OE. This forged 4340 chromoly construction H-beam design holds up well to higher compression, higher RPM, and stroker applications.
Features radiused rod cap for additional stroker clearanced and includes ARP 5/16 inch rod bolts rated for 220,000 psi.
Sold as a set of 4 rods.
