Black Alternator Kit 12v 60 Amp Deluxe for 1960-79 VW Beetle Ghia - 8266

Black 60 amp alternator kit for 1960-79 VW Beetle, Karmann Ghia, Type 3, Thing, and Bus with Type 1 engine. Includes powdercoated black 60 amp alternator, alternator stand, backing plate tins, Continental alternator belt, chrome strap, chrome nut and spacer, 10-pack of alternator shims, oil deflector plate and gaskets, and accessory ground strap.
A pulley is not included - we figured you can choose either black or chrome and deck out your engine exactly how you'd like.
*Installation note. Since this Alternator and stand are powder coated, a small ground strap (provided) will be necessary to run from the Alternator body to the stand to ensure proper charging.
