Black 60 amp alternator kit for 1960-79 Beetle, Karmann Ghia, Thing, Type 3, and Bus with Type 1 engine. Includes powdercoated black 60 amp alternator, alternator stand, backing plate tins, oil deflector plate and gaskets, and accessory ground strap.
*Installation note. Since this Alternator is powder coated, a small ground strap (provided) will be necessary to run from the Alternator body to the stand to ensure proper charging.
