Billet conversion throwout bearing guide sleeve converts your early style transmission/transaxle to use a late style throwout bearing. Installs in place of the transmission main input shaft seal on 1961-1970 VW Type 1 transaxles.

Note: You must convert the throwout bearing arm or clutch fork to the later style to be compatible with the later style throwout bearings.
