Texas Desert Racing - West Texas 250 in Notrees TX 1/13 - 1/14

The first race in the Texas Desert Racing series is this weekend in Notrees, Tx. The West Texas 250 will be held from 1/13/17 - 1/14/17.

The Texas Desert Racing Association will be hosting their first race this weekend.

The West Texas 250 will be held in Notrees, Tx January 13 -14. 

Several classes of cars,trucks, bikes, atvs and buggies wil compete. 

This race features five 50 mile laps with a 9 hour time limit.  That adds up to an average speed of 27 MPH.

Tech for the race will start at 10 AM on Friday 1/13/17. Pre-Running will begin at 12 PM on Friday.  

The races will start at 6 AM Saturday with the motorcycle classes kicking things off.  Race cars will hit the course at 9 AM.  

We are excited to sponsor the air-cooled classes and will award the top three finishers credit for more parts!
