Standard returns will be accepted for up to 30 calendar days after purchase of the part. Returns on items purchased more than 30 days ago will be subject to approval from customer service.
Returned items must be in new, uninstalled condition. Proof of purchase will be required for all returned items.
All returns are handled on a case by case basis. Return authorization is subject to approval by a customer service representative.
For standard returns a 20 percent restocking fee may be deducted from any refund.
If a return is issued as store credit our 20 percent restocking fee may be waived by a customer service representative. This is not guaranteed for all items and is handled on a case by case basis.
Warranty returns will be evaluated individually based on use, application and installation practices.
Warranty returns may require approval from a supplying manufacturer.
Warranties are not guaranteed or implied on all items. Our warranty process is based on manufacturer warranties.
Some items may require internal evaluation by a Dune Buggy Warehouse representative or manufacturer representative. This may cause delays in refunds, exchanges or warranty processing decisions.
For standard returns the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs on ordered items are non-refundable. Shipping costs may be deducted from any monetary refund.
Return shipping labels for warranty claims or other matters may be issued on a case by case basis. A prepaid return shipping label is not guaranteed for all warranty matters.
Prepaid return shipping is not guaranteed for items shipped to customers with free outbound shipping promotions.
Customers returning items for exchange will be required to pay all shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless otherwise noted by a Dune Buggy Warehouse representative.
