Empi 17-2724 late style shift rod adjuster for 1966-79 Beetle shift couplers. This shift shaft adjusters fits the late square/rectangle style coupler with a through-bolt on the shifter shaft, and a setscrew on the transmission side.
Tech Tip: Shift rod adjusters are welded to the shifter shaft for dune buggies, sand rails, kit cars, and other custom applications. These provide about 1 inch of adjustment to fine-tune your shift adjustment.
