Empi 00-9686-0 billet stock size lower crank pulley measures 6.75 inch diameter and replaces the stock lower pulley on VW Type 1 engines. This sand seal pulley features a smooth 45mm OD pulley snout and includes a machine-in green Empi sand seal.
Sand seals and sand seal pulleys are used to seal around the crankshaft and pulley snout and help keep out sand, dirt, and debris when off roading your Beetle, Baja, sand rail, or dune buggy.
Tech Tip: Your engine case must be machined to fit a machine-in sand seal pulley to use this combination.
Green Empi Seal 00-9112-0 measures 57.3mm OD, 45mm ID (pulley snout), and 8mm wide.
