Adjustable extra wide clamp for air-cooled VW swing axle boots on the axle tube end. This fits VW swing axle style tubes used on 1949-68 Beetle, Karmann Ghia, 1950-67 Bus, and early dune buggies using a VW-based swing axle style transaxle.
