Empi 00-4030-B gland nut washer only for aircooled VW engines. These concave spring washers are used to lock the flywheel gland nut in place. Fits all 1200-1600cc Type 1 and Type 3 engines used in Beetle, Ghia, Type 3, and early Bus.

Glad nut torque is 250 ft-lbs. Ensure your gland nut washer is in good shape before assembly.
