- Please ensure products will fit your needs and application. We cannot guarantee compatibility for all applications.
- Please note that air-cooled VW beetles and Dune Buggies are subject to extensive modification, which can add an element of variability to any vehicle.

- We ship UPS, USPS and FedEx.
- Handling usually takes one to two days for in stock items.
- Out of stock or on order items are subject to an extended shipping delay depending on arrival of parts from a supplier.
- Most items ship from Ohio, but some may drop ship from our vendors.
- We only ship USPS to Hawaii, Alaska and other territories outside the continental U.S.
- Any item with standard free shipping will ship via the most economical method.
- Expedited, second day and next day shipping available for an additional charge.
- Oversize packages, multiples and large shipments are quoted based on customer requests.
Shipping Loss or Damage
- Any shipping damage or loss will be handled with the help of the carrier who handled the item.
- All items over $200 are insured to prevent financial loss.
- Standard USPS Priority Mail insurance covers $50 of insurance.
- Standard UPS Ground insurance covers $100 of insurance.
- Loss or damage claims are handled on a case by case basis and may require several days to find a resolution to an issue.
- Please contact us if an item is delayed, damaged or missing. We will make every effort to find a resolution to the situation.
- International buyers welcome!
- Any duties or taxes additional to shipping costs are not included in item price unless stated otherwise.
- Shipments will be sent out once the payment is received and clears.
- Handling time for international shipments is one to three business days, unless otherwise stated.
- Additional shipping costs are charged for all items sold internationally.
- Please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote on an item. We are happy to quote shipping for an item going anywhere in the world.
- Returns are accepted with a returned merchandise authorization (RMA).
- All returns subject to a 20 percent restocking fee or refund less our cost in shipping.
- If the packaging damaged or unusable a re-boxing fee may be issued.
- Call or email for return approval.
- Return authorization will be issued on a case by case basis.
- For normal returns the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- We are happy to work out item exchanges with buyers.
- Restocking fees are usually waived for exchanges or refunds issued in store credit.
- All returned items must be sent back in new re-sellable condition to be issued credit back for the items.
- If the item has been installed it may not be returnable.
- Item warranties are handled on a case by case basis per manufacture specifications.
- Not all items are covered under manufacturer warranties.
- Items damaged due to improper installation or application will not be covered under warrantee.
- Some warrantee claims will require manufacturer approval or evaluation prior to any issuing of credit.
- Application photos and information related to a warranty claim can help expedite the warranty process.
- PayPal, Visa, Master Card and Discover accepted.
- Sales tax will not be included for buyers outside of Ohio.
- Ohio residents will be charged state sales tax for each order.
- Cash sales accepted for in store customers only.
- Check or Money orders accepted with 20 day bank clearing process.

- Item price matching will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
- Those inquiring about price matching must have printed or published proof of current pricing on the identical item by an established business.
- Free shipping or additional shipping costs will also be considered in price matching.
