Collection: Head Gaskets
Head Gaskets for VW Beetle, Dune Buggy, Sand Rail, and Baja Bugs. Cylinder head gaskets are used on performance engines to lower compression ratio or deck height, or to seal better under boost on VW Type 1 , Type 2, and Type 3 engines.
Many air cooled VW engines do NOT use a head gasket - the cylinder seals directly to the cylinder head.
